- Option of personal check-in
- Handling legal obligations: maintaining the Guest Book, managing all related documentation, and reporting to the Foreign Police
- Arranging transfers to/from airports or train stations via a trusted partner – offering luxury cars at a pre-agreed rate comparable to Uber
- Optional mobile phone with free calls and texts within the Czech Republic
- Other additional services upon request: babysitting, guided tours, etc.

The 20% monthly income management fee includes:
- Management of your apartment on Booking and AirBnB platforms
- Coordination of cleaning and laundry services
- Check-in/check-out process management
- 24/7 emergency support
- Complete handling of registration and reporting duties (Municipality and Foreign Police)
- Access to our management system, where you can monitor occupancy and other reservation details
- Monthly performance report by the 15th of the following month at the latest
